The Lower Level venue is an industrious event space situated directly below Grand Central Market in DTLA. It features approximately 8,000 square feet of raw charm to design and devise space for any kind of event. There are near by prep areas and a back of house, freight elevator access and on-site parking as well. The open floor plan frames Downtowns most unique event space and is an iconic backdrop to all kinds of exciting uses like festivals, large parties and company off-sites, activations, filming and commercial production, market- places and exhibits.

Lower Level

Attendance is unlimited though karaoke limited to a total of 30 songs over the course of two (2) hours.  A sign up sheet will be provided upon arrival and is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Breakout the ugliest holiday sweater you’ve got and get ready to rock and roll! We’re hosting our very own Ugly Sweater party with a full catalogue of holiday tunes. Join us for an evening as we Rock Around the Christmas Tree and count the times Mariah Carey’s versions of All I Want For Christmas comes on. It’s sure to be a ball!
